Your surname, first name and company/institution may be used for lists of participants, which are distributed exclusively to the participants of the respective event. If the event involves overnight accommodation, your arrival and departure details, any preferences and, if applicable, payment information will be processed. In the event that catering is provided, we process and use information about intolerances and/or allergies as well as food choices, if necessary.
